Is there a minimum on an Hourly Service ?

Yes. Sprinters in Manhattan are 3 Hours Minimum
Mini Buses & Buses are 4 Hour Minimum
Coach Buses are 5 Hour Minimum. Out of town minimum is determined by mileage to that town.

Can we leave our stuff in a Sprinter ?

Yes offcourse. If its on the Hourly basis you can leave any item. It will be safely kept exactly how you left it. Sprinter will remain near by if not right outside.

Will Sprinter & Driver remain right outside while we attending a function ?

Yes. That the whole idea of an Hourly Service but keep in mind. Driver might not be able to stay right outside because of traffic. Driver needs to refuel the Sprinter sometimes. Driver simply might need a bathroom break. But rest assured he will in the immediate area and will pull up within minutes.

When my credit card will be charged ?

We charge on the evening prior to the pick up. On the day of travel last thing you want to think about is charges. You need a valid credit card to secure the reservation and no charges will be made until free cancellation period is over which is usually 24 hours before the pick up depending on a type of vehicle booked.
Any additional hours will be charged as the job goes on.

When does Hourly Service starts when I get in in the car or reservation time ?

We will charge from reservation time. We pull up usually 15 minutes ahead and if you happen to be ready and get in we will not charge you those 15 minutes.

How does drop off times and charges work ?

When we making a drop off that determines the Rate. Its ok to pass your drop off time under 15 minutes and will not add anything to the bill. If its 20 minutes or more another hour will be added.

What determines if Sprinter Service will incur a Cleaning Fee ?

If someone throws up thats an authomatic cleaning fee. Spills and dirt will accuire this fee. What doesn't apply this fee to. If its just paper and plastic garbage that can be cleaned by the driver and we can continue working. Basically if we have to come back to garage and wash and detail interior and loose the rest of the day will incur you one time one hour of service fee.

Can Customer Smoke on the Sprinter ?

There's absolutely no smoking or vaping on the Sprinter. Please don't ask the driver to break the law.
