Manhattan Cruise Ship Terminal

Pier 88 to Pier 92 is the usual Cruise Ship landing. Drop offs are happening right in front of the ship. Lower or upper level will be determined when travel day is happening. Very easy drop off procedure. When it comes to pick up you will have to have communication with the dispatcher or the driver who's information will be provided on the evening prior. He will be circling the terminal since no one allowed to remain still unless they loading. It's still relatively easy to pick up. Vehicle will pull up with your name on a welcome sign and you will be ready to go. Since this terminal is inside the Central Business District congestion zone we have to add a congestion fee that matches the vehicle you ordered.

Brooklyn Cruise Terminal

Brooklyn Cruise Terminal also known as Pier 12 is located in a neighborhood of Red Hook Brooklyn. Unlike Manhattan Cruise Terminal this place is not popular for NYC yellow cabs. Uber of course comes on demand but with significant wait and a price. Making an advanced reservation for this port would be the best way to finish up your travel and head home. There's no public transportation at that port. Passengers line for yellow cab stretches throughout the whole pick up area sometimes. Everybody stressed and everyone got a flight to catch so we recommend to make that reservation and when you walk out after immigration your driver will be waiting right in front. You can recognize your car by the welcome sign with your name in the window. We also will provide you drivers information and vehicle details on the evening prior via email and text message and whatsapp. Anyway we can reach you. Pick ups usually go nice and smooth if reservation was booked in advance and we can arrive early so we don't get stuck at the entrance line. Drop offs are right in front of an entrance where you walk in right into check in.

Bayonne Cruise Ship Terminal

Bayonne Cruise Ship Terminal is located at Cape Liberty Port. This port is located in New Jersey so you rely on their Taxis & Uber. We recommend making a reservation and traveling safely. We will notify you with your driver information and his vehicle details on the evening prior via email, text and whatsapp. We will be there when you come out from immigration. Your Driver will communicate with you until he gets you into the vehicle. Pick ups at the Bayonne Cruise Ship Terminal are easy and smooth when they are pre-arranged.

What can be done for smooth pick up from the Cruise Ship ?

Most important part is to make sure you dont miss our text and email on the evening prior to your arrival with drivers information. If you don't have service and you connected to wifi call your driver before you come out so you don't loose the service. He will tell you exactly where he is located and how to find him. Send him a picture on whatsapp who to look for or luggage color. Then come out outside and look for 3 things. Sign with your name, License Plate or Sprinter number. Once you see him confirm that its a right vehicle.

Drivers phone goes straight to voicemail ?

No panic. Sometimes it happens he is just passing or even sitting in no cell service zone without realizing it. Call our office. We will start paging him and we can ping him through our system or even speak to them through GPS. Try to look for the Sprinter with a license plate we gave you. Worst case scenario if everything fails our driver will check in with the office every 15 minutes. Thats when we will be intouch with him for sure and you will be picked up immediatelly.

What if my flight arrives close to Ship departure time ?

What we would do. Call your agent, cruise line itself customer service number. (We actually have links for you for all the ruise lines. Just click on the logo) and airline customer service so everyone knows of your situation. Someone will help. What we will do for you. We will be in the airport. We will pick you up outside to save time. Driver will follow gps with live traffic for the fastest route. Thats all we can do. New York Traffic and Immigration in the Airport can be unpredictable. Waiting for the gate after you land usually not shown on flight eta's so try to fly in in the morning if you traveling on a cruise ship.

Do you provide baby seats

For an additional fee we will bring any baby seat you need. Infant seat, Baby Seat and Booster Seats. By New York State Law FHV are exempt but safety first. You can add baby seat in our Booking Tool by mentioning it in comments.

When my credit card will be charged

We charge on the evening prior to the pick up. On the day of travel last thing you want to think about is charges. You need a valid credit card to secure the reservation and no charges will be made until free cancellation period is over which is usually 24 hours before the pick up depending on a type of vehicle booked.

What are the tolls to Cruise Ship Terminals ?

Depends which one you going to and from where. You can map out your tolls at www.tollsmart.com or even google. We charge tolls as they are. Only toll will be added that you not going to be in the vehicle for is the Holland tunnel for a drivers return.

How much Congestion Fee for a Sprinter. How it works?

Sprinters pay $14.40 everytime they cross into the zone. If we pick up in Midtown Manhattan and you go out of the zone and we drop you off back in Manhattan we have to charge this congestion fee twice
