    Please fill out all the fields. This form is secured for transmition. We use Adobe Acrobat Service for our online pdf forms handling.
    By filling out this form you guarantee that information is correct. We usually run the Credit Card when we assign the driver day prior to the booking. Some rare cases we will process 2 to 3 days before the event depending on job or total amount. Please have funds available. If your event have more jobs than on the form just send us additional email authorizing additional jobs. Amount is estimated and will stay the same if job description doesnt change. If the bank will ask us for an ID when we try to run the card you have to send us an ID or we will not be able to process the card.
    Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 Hours before the day of the job (2 Days).
    From 48 Hours to 24 Hours will be 50% Charge. Half a price between 2 and a day before.
    Full charge if its cancelled less than 24 Hours.

    Please don't forget to fill out Confirmation Number. Without that field form cannot be processed. Please make sure your credit card doesn't expire before the booking. Please contact our office if this is just to hold the reservation and payment will be Zelle. Also let us know if you prefer payment over the Payment Link with few more form of payment options.

    Once you submit the form you will receive the copy in your email for your records. We don't keep anything in our emails and we save our files in the offline computer daily for our archive protection.

    Is your Credit Card Form Secure ?
    Yes. This form is secure with 256bit encryption from Adobe. Site is under https protocol so connection is secured. You can check their certificate by clicking an icon in the browser when you visit their website https://adobe.com. Our website is also secured and you can check our cetificate at the bottom of our page.
    What if I don't know some information for required fields ?
    Your credit card will be declined. If bank will see any different information than original cardholder it blocks the transaction. If you don't know the information its probably not your card and you shouldn't sign for it.
    What kind of credit cards accepted ?
    We accept all major credit cards. American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Master Card & Visa.
    What if my event have more than 10 Bookings ?
    because of the monetary amount and bookings amount we will ask you to fill out another form for additional bookings unles you have a corporate account with us which everything can be billed to.
    When my credit card will be charged
    We charge on the evening prior to the pick up. On the day of travel last thing you want to think about is charges. You need a valid credit card to secure the reservation and no charges will be made until free cancellation period is over which is usually 24 hours before the pick up depending on a type of vehicle booked. Some occasions we process 2 to 3 days before the event if there's a lot of bookings involved.
    Do you need any other information ?
    Sometimes when we process the card bank will ask us for OTP that they send to cardholders phone. Sometimes bank will flag the transaction and request us to verify customers ID. In this cases we will call you and ask you for that information.
    What happens to my information after event is finished ?
    We keep pdf on file for few years which is stored in the offline computer password protected. Email is downloaded to archive and erased from online presence. We recommend you to delete your copy as well.
    Can I use same authorization form when I travel again.
    Authorization only needed first time. After you travel with us our system builds you a profile and you can use it as your personal account. This authorization form is for Events & first time users that booked over email or phone.
