We are New York City. Our market is in NYC. Our office is downtown wedged between New York Stock Exchange & Federal Reserve. With more Garage spaces in Staten Island and Queens we are here. But Service is Extended to as far as your Travel needs to Go.
What is the Benefit of Opening an Account ?
Age of the Account is important. Opening account is free and there's no monthly fees. Its good to have and accounts don't expire. You can track your travels. See all you past travels. Accounts can reserve any vehicle starting from Sedan to a Coach Bus with Super Luxurious Cars like Maybachs and many other perks.
How secure is your system ?
Our system is Secured. Website is secured. Firewall and Archives kept in the offline computer. Everything is super protected & Fully Insured for Cyber Security user protection.
How up to date is your system ?
Our System is super advanced. We are very pleased with every function. Advanced Dispatching, Driver Managment, Billing. Customized Invoices. System is Great. Customers Dashboard. Quick Booking Tool. Apps.
Do you record phone calls ?
Yes all calls are recorded. On all the lines. All recordings and emails are monitored to improve customer service.
Do you provide Baby Seats, Umbrellas or any other items to make service better ?
We provide several items to make service better. Some items will cost an additional fee and some are free.

Can you provide Service in other Cities of the World ?
Sure. Our system connected to a network over 20K companies. We can get coverage anywhere in the World.
Do additional Sprinter Items cost extra ?
Not all the items you pay for the item. Some items are complimentary and some items we charge for time to obtain it. Each different item has a different amount we charge for.
How much extra is for Baby Seat
There's no charge for baby seat use but we charge for time. Before the job we have to go to the garage to pick it up or we have to send someone from the office to bring it. After the job is done is the same story so we charge additional $20 per seat. Also this fee helps us to keep them laundromat clean and sanitized.
What kind of baby seats do you provide ?
We have Infant Seats which is back facing, We have Regular Front Facing Baby Seats, We have Booster Seats.
Our Baby Seats can also be used as a rear facing infant seat.
Can I Orded Multiple Baby Seats ?
Yes. as many as you want. If we don't have enough which is unlikely we can always borow few from our sister companies.
Can I request a specific item ?
If its easy obtainable and legal then answer always will be yes. Our drivers will go up and down to provide awesome service.
What additional items can be provided
From previous services we performed we made a list of items that can make service better. Some items already in the vehicle and its free to use. Umbrella, Step Stool, Water with Cooler full of Ice.

Can I request Sprinter with a Tow Hitch?
Yes we have one. If its available we don't mind towing but theres limitations and towing also aquires extra fee. Tow hitch request must be made in advance since it requires some planning since not all the drivers can tow.
Is removing rows from the Sprinter extra charge ?
Yes this we have to charge extra. To remove the seats in a sprinter we litterally have to unscrew it and not less than 2 or 3 people can take it out after fighting with it for 20 minutes each row. Every time we do it it takes us 2 hours to take it out then same time to put it back in. If your production company needs this kind of van and renting for the day we can always do something.
Can we wrap a sprinter with our Company Wrap.
Yes you can wrap a Sprinter but we have to charge daily fee until wrap is removed.
Is your Credit Card Form Secure ?
Yes. This form is secure with 256bit encryption from Adobe. Site is under https protocol so connection is secured. You can check their certificate by clicking an icon in the browser when you visit their website https://adobe.com. Our website is also secured and you can check our cetificate at the bottom of our page.
What if I don't know some information for required fields ?
Your credit card will be declined. If bank will see any different information than original cardholder it blocks the transaction. If you don't know the information its probably not your card and you shouldn't sign for it.
What kind of credit cards accepted ?
We accept all major credit cards. American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Master Card & Visa.
What if my event have more than 10 Bookings ?
because of the monetary amount and bookings amount we will ask you to fill out another form for additional bookings unles you have a corporate account with us which everything can be billed to.
When my credit card will be charged
We charge on the evening prior to the pick up. On the day of travel last thing you want to think about is charges. You need a valid credit card to secure the reservation and no charges will be made until free cancellation period is over which is usually 24 hours before the pick up depending on a type of vehicle booked. Some occasions we process 2 to 3 days before the event if there's a lot of bookings involved.
Do you need any other information ?
Sometimes when we process the card bank will ask us for OTP that they send to cardholders phone. Sometimes bank will flag the transaction and request us to verify customers ID. In this cases we will call you and ask you for that information.
What happens to my information after event is finished ?
We keep pdf on file for few years which is stored in the offline computer password protected. Email is downloaded to archive and erased from online presence. We recommend you to delete your copy as well.
Can I use same authorization form when I travel again.
Authorization only needed first time. After you travel with us our system builds you a profile and you can use it as your personal account. This authorization form is for Events & first time users that booked over email or phone.
What kind of Coach Buses do you provide ?
We can offer MCI Coaches, Prevost, Mercedes Tourrider, VanHool & Scania. If you have specific coach in mind let us know and we can find it for you
How much luggage Coach Bus can hold ?
All Coach Buses luggage compartments underneath the bus are pretty spacey. They designed to hold at least 1 suitcase per passenger. Also there's carry on space inside the Buses overhead compartment.
Can you arrange multiple Coach Buses of a same style ?
The answer is yes. We have strong network of NYC Coach operators so we can make it happen.
Can I Order specific color Coach Bus ?
Coaches have writting on them. Not all but majority. It will be difficult but not impossible.
Do Coach Buses have a Restroom on Board ?
Yes. Coach Buses have a Restroom on Board in the Rear of the Bus.
Do you have a Wheelchair Accessible Coach Bus ?
Wheelchair accessible Coach we don't have but let us know details what you looking for and we can help with finding it.

How much Congestion Fee for a Coach Bus. How it works?
Coaches pay $21.60 everytime they cross into the zone.
If we pick up in Midtown Manhattan and you go out of the zone and we drop you off back in Manhattan we have to charge this congestion fee twice

Do you drop off or pick up in Connecticut ?
Yes. We drop off and pick up in Connecticut. Sprinters are licensed for intrerstate travel. Drivers are fully licensed.
Will you charge travel time back to NYC after drop off ?
Yes we charge drop off to garage if we not dropping off in NYC.
How much are the tolls to Connecticut ?
When you leaving Manhattan there's $11.19 toll for the bridge and one more $3.05 toll before Connecticut on I-95 and then inside State of Connecticut theres no tolls.
Can Sprinter Travel on Merrit Parkway
Yes Sprinter can go up and down Merrit Parkway. Buses No.
Can we make restroom stops if its far destination ?
Yes. We will stop at any rest stop along the Highway for you.
Can we bring food and snacks for the Ride ?
Yes. you can bring food and snacks for the ride. Please keep it clean because if cleaning will be needed it will be an additional one hour charge.
Can Customer Smoke on the Sprinter ?
There's absolutely no smoking or vaping on the Sprinter. Please don't ask the driver to break the law.

How does website chat works ?
Website chat is connected to our office. No AI answers. Every responce you get is from Live Dispatcher that is on duty in our NYC office. If website chat takes too long we recommend to send a text or an email.
Do you Travel between NYC and Delaware ?
Yes. Delaware is not far away and most of drivers can do it without stopping. Sprinter that do travel between NYC and Delaware are US Dot certified for Travel outside New York and all drivers are medically certified for out of state travel.
How do you charge for one way drop off ?
We calculate our rates hourly. but Sprinter drop off in Delaware will have travel time back.
Can we stop at the Rest Stops ?
Yes. as many as you want. We don't charge extra for stops along the way since the rate calculated by hourly travel. Longer you take at the stop longer the job will be.
How much tolls to Delaware ?
Different towns have different rates since it a different ext. You can check the tolls to your specific town at www.tollsmart.com
We also calculate tolls for a Sprinter to return. Sprinters and Buses have a slighly higher toll than a regular vehicle.
Can I reserve Driver with a Sprinter for a few Days ?
Yes. We will calculate the Daily Rate. You must take care of drivers accomodations and food. Driver only allowed to driver 12 hours or before if he feels sleepy. He must get off the road then for at least 4 hours.
What additional items can be provided

No Construction is almost done and its blocked off so it doesn't bother the Traffic.
Can a driver park the sprinter in Newark and help with the luggage ?
Unfortunatelly we can't park the Sprinter in the parking lot because of the height restriction. We also not allowed to leave a vehicle unattended outside. We can leae drivers seat only when you next to the vehicle and we can start loading.
How can Meet & Greet Service be arranged ?
We can arrange a Greeter who will meet you inside holding a Welcome Sign with your name or any other special sign with any logo you would like. Let us know about your luggage if you need us to grab a luggage cart. For printed laminated signs arrangement needs to be at least 24 hours in advance.
Where Greeter will be waiting
Depending on what type of flight you arriving. If you arriving on international flight we will be waiting at the exit from Immigration and if you arriving on Domestic flight we will be at the baggage claim. Let us know if you need a luggage cart.
Do you provide baby seats
For an additional fee we will bring any baby seat you need. Infant seat, Baby Seat and Booster Seats. By New York State Law FHV are exempt but safety first. You can add baby seat in our Booking Tool by mentioning it in comments.

Tolls between Manhattan and Newark is $31.63 including Turnpike round trip and Tunnel for Return.

Its not that bad. Construction definetely adds few minutes but in general its not that bad. Offcourse few times a day they close the roadway for 10 minutes to move something and our Sprinter might get caught in that operation. We will be in touch with you with updates.

How many Sprinters can be arranged ?
So far we don't have a limit. We think you can't afford what we can arrange. We know pretty much everyone in this industry in our City.
Can it be just Black or White Sprinters only ?
Black definitely yes. White there's not that many
Can same Multiple Sprinters of the same Style be arranged ?
The answer is yes and no. While seems like there's no limit on a Standard Sprinters Jet & Limousine Sprinters are custom made in a singular model so it will be different interiors.
How many Baby Seats can you arrange ?
The answer would be as many as needed. We have connections through out the City and if we ran out of our we will get additional seats from our friends.
Can Multiple Buses or Coaches be arranged ?
Yes. As many as needed. When we run out of our Vehicles one of our tested and trusted affiliates will handle the job for the Quote that we provided. Even if their price is much more we will deal with concequences. You can just enjoy the ride.

Cleaning Fee is when there's a soil or spill that will require us to come back to garage to deep wash the vehicle. If this is the case we will charge additional one hour service charge. Any items that can be picked up by a driver will not result in a cleaning fee. Throw up is an authomatic cleaning fee.
Do you Travel between NYC and New Hampshire ?
Yes. New Hampshire is pretty far away but most of drivers can do it without stopping. Sprinter that do travel between NYC and New Hampshire are US Dot certified for Travel outside New York and all drivers are medically certified for out of state travel.
How do you charge for one way drop off ?
We calculate our rates hourly. but Sprinter drop off in New Hampshire will have travel time back.
Can we stop at the Rest Stops ?

We accept all major credit cards, zelle, cash app, venmo and selected cryptocurrency. Any Credit Card Payment if not paid through booking link will require Authorization Form that can be downloaded below.

Can I Book the Sprinter going to Amusement Park as one way drop and pick up later?
Yes. If you going in the morning and coming back in the evening theres no point to keep the car hourly. If you not sure when you leaving or time in the park less than 3 or 4 hours than economically will be better to keep the vehicle hourly.
Do you travel to Jersey or Connecticut Parks ?

No. Our apology but only Sprinters Alchohol would be permitted is Limousine Style Sprinter and Jet Sprinter. Please don't drink in other Sprinters.
If somebody throws up in a Sprinter after party how much it will cost ?
It happens. But throw up puts a Sprinter out of service. Sometimes the whole next day. We will charge one hour cleaning fee which makes it fair because we probably will spend more time cleaning it.

What can be done for smooth pick up from the Cruise Ship ?
Most important part is to make sure you dont miss our text and email on the evening prior to your arrival with drivers information. If you don't have service and you connected to wifi call your driver before you come out so you don't loose the service. He will tell you exactly where he is located and how to find him. On a minimum level we say about 6 to 8 hours. It will take about 2 hours to get Upstate, 2 hours to come back, Driving around looking at scenery stopping for pictures. Lunches, Bathroom breaks. Coffee breaks. It will probably take all day.

No. We don't even know who will have it. When we purchase a vehicle theres already factory tint on it and the lightest we've encountered still had a slight tint to it.

We don't recommend. Unless its an emergency stop driver will stop in parking lots. They all over. Grass is dangerous because of limited visibility whats under it and its also illegal in many places.

We haven't seen our limit yet and we didpretty large groups. We have access to Coach buses as many as you need. We think there's no group too large for us. Just please book in advance so everything could be worked on properly without a hectic rush.

Coach Bus to JFK about $1250 sounds expensive. But if you have 56 people its $22 per person. Sprinter is the same. 14 people is about $25 per person. Group Travel can save you money

Yes. That the whole idea of an Hourly Service but keep in mind. Driver might not be able to stay right outside because of traffic. Driver needs to refuel the Sprinter sometimes. Driver simply might need a bathroom break. But rest assured he will in the immediate area and will pull up within minutes.

If its just paper and plastic garbage that can be cleaned by the driver and we can continue working. Can we have a driver meet us in a baggage claim ?
No driver can't leave the Sprinter. but we can arrange a Greeter who will meet you inside holding a Welcome Sign with your name or any other special sign with any logo you would like. Let us know about your luggage if you need us to grab a luggage cart. For printed laminated signs arrangement needs to be at least 24 hours in advance.
Will the flight be checked and monitored ?
Yes our system will verify and monitor your flight. Any updates will be sent to a driver immediatelly.
When will Sprinter will arrive to the Airport ?
If you arriving on the International flight Sprinter will be in the Airport 1 hour after flight lands unless you have a global entry. For Domestic flights we will arrive 15-20 min after you land.

Its very comfortable for a small group. Theres 11 seats so 11 people can definately fit. Sprinter is high Top so theres plenty of room inside.
Is there any additional instalations inside ?
