Just click on the logo) and airline customer service so everyone knows of your situation. Someone will help. What we will do for you. We will be in the airport. We will pick you up outside to save time. Driver will follow gps with live traffic for the fastest route. Thats all we can do. New York Traffic and Immigration in the Airport can be unpredictable. Waiting for the gate after you land usually not shown on flight eta's so try to fly in in the morning if you traveling on a cruise ship.
      Do you provide baby seats
      For an additional fee we will bring any baby seat you need. Infant seat, Baby Seat and Booster Seats. By New York State Law FHV are exempt but safety first. You can add baby seat in our Booking Tool by mentioning it in comments.

      When my credit card will be charged
      We charge on the evening prior to the pick up. On the day of travel last thing you want to think about is charges. You need a valid credit card to secure the reservation and no charges will be made until free cancellation period is over which is usually 24 hours before the pick up depending on a type of vehicle booked.
