Any entry into Central Business District of Manhattan (in a simple terms just below 60th street) will be charge an additional fee. Our vehicles are not like passenger vehicles and they pay per entry. That means if you went hourly around 5 boroughs and crossed into Manhattan few times each time you crossed fee will be added. Limousines and Special Vehicles pay only once per day so the charge is only once. Everything else pays every time they enter. Funeral procession is the only exception.
