Can the same driver be requested on all the jobs ?
We want to say yes but life sometimes gives us lemons too. Incase driver is off or having an emergency we can't promise that but we will give you the same driver as much as its possible.
Will I get a discount for steady travel ?
Yes we honor our steady clients. Most of our school trip clients enjoy their 10% to 20% off as well as other account perks.
Do you provide baby seats
Yes as many as you need. For an additional fee we will bring any baby seat you need. Infant seat, Baby Seat and Booster Seats. By New York State Law FHV are exempt but safety first. You can add baby seat in our Booking Tool by mentioning it in comments.
When my credit card will be charged for school trips ?
We usually process when we assign the driver. Evening prior. But our account have their own terms.
How much Congestion Fee for a Sprinter. How it works?
Sprinters pay $14.40 everytime they cross into the zone.
If we pick up in Midtown Manhattan and you go out of the zone and we drop you off back in Manhattan we have to charge this congestion fee twice

We willing to drop off kids at school if parents can't come. Concent must be filled out at the time of opening an Account. You can write one yourself or you can use ours.
